Our Mission

Education: Train family members and professionals on best practices in autism, including biomedical, educational, and social strategies.

Community Awareness: Improve public understanding and acceptance of individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis.

Support: Provide helping hands, listening ears, and shoulders to lean on. No one should walk this road alone.

Advocacy: Work toward quality, individualized educational services that allow the child with an ASD to make significant progress in the academic curriculum and in social skill growth.

 
 
Upcoming Forums
Starting in 2009, ALL trainings and forums will be held at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt.Vernon (2nd floor conference room) AND will be video-conferenced to St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital (main floor education room) in Centralia! We meet from 6:30-8pm.
Upcoming Discussion Groups

We listened to your feedback, and we are pleased to announce our new Age-Based Discussion Groups as another way to network and support one another. Groups will meet quarterly at the times and locations designated below on the following 2009 dates: February 26th, May 28th, August 27th, October 22nd.
